Inspect the destination

Open the address yourself and confirm that it leads to the intended service. Check whether the invitation applies to a new account, an eligible activity or another condition. A copied message may leave out limits that appear only on the destination page.

Attribution is only one step

A referral record can show that an account was connected to an invitation. It does not by itself mean that an offer is valid, completed or payable. Look for the qualifying event, the deadline and the status definitions in the current terms.

If the screen shows “pending,” save the timestamp and the reference number. Compare them with the provider’s help information before raising an account enquiry.

Share responsibly in India
